Ursula Rogers is Senior Informaticist for Duke Forge, where she brings 20 years of experience in data management and software development. Ursula joined the DCRI Applied Informatics team in 2015. As a Senior Informatics Analyst, she led curation of the Southeastern Diabetes Initiative Datamart, worked with the Project Baseline study and PCORnet Common Data Model, and has excellent working knowledge of Duke’s data warehouse and EPIC Clarity. Prior to this, she was a lead data analyst at DCRI’s Center for Learning Healthcare, where she led all aspects of data management, including design, programming, database design and report writing for all of the Center’s Informatics systems. She served as the expert on survey and electronic case report form design, with a special focus on user experience and quality data collection. She also has extensive experience with registries, clinical trials, QI projects and electronic patient-reported outcomes. Ursula graduated from Clarkson University (NY) with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
